How to stop being embarrassed by your own voice and speech? How to sound free and confident — in front of an audience, on video and in everyday life?
We invite Tanya Barnyak to a course on speech and voice «That's what they say!»

Tanya Barnyak — actress of the theater group metazero, speech trainer, performer and creator of the project «Books on pillows». With — 15 years of stage practice and more than 8 years of teaching. Her approach helps reveal the natural sound of the voice through work with the body, movement and breathing.

The course is suitable for those who:

wants to enjoy the sound of his own voice

performs in front of an audience or records a video

he wants to convey his thoughts more clearly and confidently

feels tired or tense in the voice after long conversations

blogs, teaches, holds meetings and negotiations

he just wants to speak more freely and confidently

We will be on the course:

work with breathing so that your voice sounds free and does not get tired

through movement and relaxation, free the body from clamps

work with diction, intonation, pauses and accents

improvise and learn to feel more confident in front of an audience
