45m2 code Ada Malla. for lovers of unique aesthetics

Completely renovated apartment 45m² near Ada Malla – ready to move in in about 2.5 months

Ovaj apartment of 45 square meters (hallway, separate bedroom, kitchen, dining room, separate living room and separate room - wardrobe) I completely renovated exclusively for myself, with a lot of attention and unique details.

Zbog going abroad, the apartment is rented out for a longer period. ready to move in is in about two and a half months.

Važna note: the apartment is decorated according to specific personal taste (which can be seen in the pictures). Ovo is not a space to rent for parties or couples' "fooling". Tražim a person who genuinely likes the direction, concept and energy of the apartment — someone who is looking for their own peace, who will really enjoy this environment and take care of it.

terms and price: the price is 400 EUR. Depozit is not required, because my priority is regularity and mutual trust, not earnings alone.

Obavezno rule: Pošto I care very much about who enters my space, a personal introduction is mandatory before any agreement, to make sure that we match the energy and the concept of cooperation.

Ako you are looking for a quiet, unique home for the long term and you recognize yourself in this, send a message with a short introduction.
