A two-room apartment in a house.

I am renting a two-room apartment of 50 m2 on the ground floor of a private house. The residential area is located in the very center of the city, a 2-minute walk from the pedestrian zone (in a few months it will be in the pedestrian zone itself). It is fully furnished, has internet connection, cable TV and city district heating. It is suitable for two students. A deposit of one month's rent is required.
