Procurement Specialist - Mechanical Division

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and processing of requests for the procurement of machine parts, equipment and external services

• Negotiating with suppliers in order to achieve favorable purchasing conditions

• Monitoring of delivery dates and coordination with the warehouse

• Maintaining procurement records and updating the database

• Cooperation with internal departments for timely supply of production

• Market analysis and identification of new suppliers

• Preparation of procurement cost reports and process optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably technical (mechanical) or economic

• Procurement experience, especially in the mechanical industry, is an advantage

• Good computer skills, MS Office package (especially Excel)

• Understanding of procurement processes and inventory management

• Communicativeness and ability to negotiate with suppliers

• Organizational skills and precision in work

• Knowledge of English is an advantage
