Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with brokers and drivers

• Book freight and plan efficient routes

• Monitor shipments in real time

• Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms

• Maintain accurate records in dispatch and tracking systems

• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Accounting, Safety, and Track & Trace

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the U.S. trucking industry

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational abilities, multitasking, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes is an advantage, but not required
