Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a responsible and organized person who will be in charge of organizing and monitoring domestic and international transport, coordinating logistics activities and ensuring timely delivery of goods in accordance with the company's needs.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Organization and coordination of domestic and international transport of goods

• Communication with transport companies, forwarders, suppliers and internal organizational units for the efficient implementation of deliveries

• Planning and coordination of loading, unloading and delivery of goods

• Monitoring the realization of transport and timely response in case of deviation or stoppage

• Control of transport and other accompanying documentation

• Keeping records of realized transports, logistics costs and accompanying documentation

• Participation in the improvement of logistics processes and optimization of transport activities

• Cooperation with external logistics partners and monitoring the quality of their services

• Preparation of reports and analyzes in the field of logistics

• Work in the ERP system and other business applications in order to monitor logistics processes

• Proper management and filing of business documentation in accordance with internal procedures

Required Qualifications:

• IV, V or VI degree of economic, logistic, traffic or technical education

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transport or organization of deliveries

• Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel

• Experience in working with ERP systems is desirable

• Active knowledge of the English language (minimum B2)

• Category B driver's license

• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, precision and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Developed communication skills and team spirit
