JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• determines the quality status of products according to the technological stages of their production - repairs based on the fulfillment of quality requirements prescribed by the standards, instructions and certified technical documentation of the factory with the application of planned control methods (comparison, visual inspection, measurement with calibrated benchmarks and other methods)

• supervises compliance with the implementation of the prescribed technological procedure when manufacturing - repairing the product or its component parts, sub-assemblies or assemblies 

• verifies the achieved quality status of the product determined by the conducted control, as well as documents it in the forms prescribed in the plan. 

• prepares, consolidates and documents the planned control documentation that was created through the process of phase control of the product - production.

CONDITIONS: 

• 3rd or 4th level of qualification - mechanical profession

• a minimum of 2 years of work experience in mechanical production, or without experience

• advantage: possession of a valid certificate according to EN ISO 9712 for one of the methods

• advantage: non-destructive testing (NDT): VT - visual inspection, MT - magnetic inspection, UT - ultrasonic testing method
