Job description:

• Consulting with clients in the field of hearing aids

• Conducting basic hearing tests

• Taking individual impressions of the ear

• Selection, testing and adjustment of hearing aids according to the individual needs of clients

• Sale of hearing aids, accessories and consumables

• Maintenance and minor repairs of hearing aids

• Administrative activities related to the operation of the hearing center

• Business optimization in order to achieve the maximum sales goal

Candidate profile and qualifications:

• Minimum secondary education in medical or technical direction (completed education in the field of special education is an advantage)

• A minimum of three years of work experience in the profession

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different client profiles

• High level of organizational skills, prioritization and proactive approach to hearing center business

• Ability to perform precise, manual and occasional technical work (taking impressions, servicing devices, using specialized software)

• Readiness for training in Belgrade

• Knowledge of the English language

• Computer skills (MS Office)
