Electromechanical - a differentiated supplier of automation and precision motion control solutions, and highly engineered electrical interconnects, specialty metals and thermal management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer-facing documents routed through the shared mailbox

• Identify non-compliant clauses (liability caps, indemnification, IP, confidentiality term limits, penalty clauses, jurisdiction) and negotiate amendments per AMETEK's sell-side guidelines

• Prepare escalation packages for BU leadership when policy deviations are required

• Manage end-to-end DocuSign workflows: prepare envelopes, route to authorized signatories, track completion, and store executed documents

• Own the channel partner due diligence process on the Steele platform: create accounts, send questionnaires, and clear distributors for onboarding

• Manage annual renewals for 60+ distributors, enforce deadlines, and escalate non-compliant accounts for SAP 
blocking

• Administer the Needs & Suitability Questionnaire for new partners

• Prepare screening packages for Sales DVP approval Collect and review End User/End Use certification forms from buyers and distributors per AMETEK's export compliance policy, using AMETEK's standard templates

• Screen buyers and end users against denied and restricted party lists

• Coordinate with Trade Compliance and Supply Chain on EUC policy alignment, ensuring certifications include proper disclosures (no WMD use, no re-export to embargoed destinations, no transfer to sanctioned countries). 

• Support end-to-end distributor onboarding

• Prepare and send region-specific distributor agreements. Process renewals, terminations, and territory changes

• Manage SAP customer cards: anti-corruption records, expiration dates, FCPA blocks/unblocks, channel configuration

• Approve distributor accounts in Salesforce

• Create IT tickets for master data updates and discount setup

• Submit mandatory Weekly Reports

• Monitor the shared mailbox

• Serve as central liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT

Position Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's in law, paralegal studies, or compliance 

• 2+ years of experience in contracts administration or commercial compliance in a multinational company

• Working understanding of commercial contract clauses, including liability, indemnification, intellectual property (IP), confidentiality, and governing law

• Ability to review, redline, and negotiate standard Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) independently

• Familiarity with export compliance requirements, including EAR and ITAR regulations, end-user and end-use certification requirements, and restricted party screening processes

• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, and SharePoint. Familiarity with compliance screening and due diligence platforms such as Steele or equivalent is considered an advantage.

• Fluent in English

• Good working level of German, Italian, or French strongly preferred 

• Comfortable interacting with Sales Directors, Regional Managers, BU leadership, and external customers

• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use

• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities
