MAINTENANCE WORKER (m/f)

Field work

The technical maintenance team is looking for a responsible, resourceful and technically qualified colleague to join our team and contribute to the reliable operation of facilities and equipment.

The job includes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, according to work orders, including:

• Troubleshooting of electrical installations and air conditioning (replacement of sockets, switches, fuses and light bulbs, adjustment and service of air conditioners, replacement of filters, solution of condensation, etc.)

• Diagnostics and repairs on the water and sewage network (valve and battery replacement, cistern repairs, minor blockages)

• Performing locksmith and welding works as part of maintenance

• Carrying out basic ceramic and painting works

• Cleaning of silicate and glass facades

• Repair and assembly of advertising elements (signs, billboards, totems)

• Disassembly and assembly of valves and compressors

• Replacement of worn earthing lines

• Keeping records of completed works and assigned tools

• Consistent application of occupational safety and health measures (OSH) and fire protection (PPZ)

• Use of prescribed protective equipment and compliance with internal procedures

Candidate profile:

• Experience in similar technical maintenance jobs

• Wide range of practical knowledge (electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, welding, air conditioning)

• Independence in work, responsibility and precision

• Proactivity and ability to solve problems in the field

• Willingness to work in the field

• Category B driver's license (active driver)
