ADUT GLOBAL is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with specific experience in recruiting CDL drivers for the US trucking market.

Important: This is not a classic HR position. We are looking for a person who has already worked directly on the recruitment of CDL Class A drivers for trucking companies in the USA and knows the complete process from the first contact with the candidate to employment.

What we expect:

• Previous experience as a CDL Driver Recruiter / Trucking Recruiter

• Good knowledge of the US trucking industry

• Experience in recruiting Company Drivers and Owner Operators

• Experience in working with leads, driver bases and recruiting platforms

• Ability to qualify candidates according to company requirements

• Excellent communication and sales skills

• Excellent knowledge of the English language

• Independent guidance of candidates from lead to hire

• Preference is given to candidates who are already familiar with terms and processes such as CDL, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, OTR,

• Owner Operator and Driver Qualification.

Previous general HR experience, with no CDL/trucking recruiting experience, is not sufficient for this position.
