Job description and responsibilities:

• Organizacija and realization of delivery of new vehicles to customers, including vehicle preparation and checking of its correctness and completeness before delivery.

• Priprema vehicles for delivery, equipment check and preparation of supporting documentation.

• Koordinacija delivery dates with customers, sales team, administration, service and other relevant sectors.

• Upoznavanje customers with basic vehicle functions, usage, safety systems, multimedia and vehicle features.

• Demonstracija vehicle function, including charging, battery management and use of ancillary equipment.

• Provera complete documentation required for the delivery of the vehicle and cooperation with the administration for the timely completion of the procedure.

• Organizacija and control of vehicles in stock, in the showroom and at the locations intended for delivery.

• Prijem new vehicles, control of their condition upon receipt and recording of possible damages or irregularities.

• Vođenje records on vehicle status, preparation for delivery and realized deliveries.

• Pružanje supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities.

• Održavanje tidiness of the showroom and care for the presentation of vehicles in the showroom.

• Saradnja with service, logistics and other organizational units for the efficient development of the sales process.

• Obavljanje transporting and moving vehicles between showrooms, warehouses, service and delivery locations, in accordance with business needs.

• Profesionalna customer communication and support to ensure quality customer experience.

• Obavljanje other operational tasks by order of the immediate manager, within the scope of the position.

• Vozačka license minimum B category (active driver), preferably C category.
