Procesni tool change technician

We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who will be in charge of monitoring and improving production processes, ensuring process stability and producing high quality parts while minimizing waste. Procesni technician collaborates daily with production and process engineers, maintenance and production teams in order to achieve defined production and quality standards.

Ključne responsibilities

• Praćenje and control of production processes and process parameters.

• Identifikacija, analysis and resolution of technical problems in production.

• Podešavanje process parameters in accordance with defined standards and tolerances.

• Učestvovanje in tool replacement and adjustment, as well as quality verification of the first manufactured pieces after replacement.

• Praćenje compliance with standard work procedures and quality requirements.

• Kontrola operation of operators, machines and product quality on a daily basis.

• Predlaganje and implementation of improvement of production processes.

• Učestvovanje in commissioning new and overhauled machines.

• Pružanje support to engineers during the implementation of technical improvements.

• Obuka new operators and support to employees after changes in work instructions.

• Vođenje necessary technical documentation, reports and records.

• Analiza downtime in production and proposing corrective measures.

• Učestvovanje in trial productions and sample making.

• Primena quality, safety and environmental protection standards.

• Održavanje tidiness and basic maintenance of the work space.

Obrazovanje

• III or IV degree, preferably technical.

Iskustvo and knowledge

• Poželjno experience working with plastic injection molding, vacuum forming and/or lamination processes.

• Iskustvo in similar production or technical positions.

• Sposobnost independent solving of technical problems.

• Poznavanje and understanding of technical documentation and machine drawings.

• Poznavanje principle of quality and continuous process improvement is an advantage.
