job description:

• Organizuje shift work, supervises and coordinates activities within his team, while providing support to employees

• Koordinira delivery of materials from the warehouse to the production lines

• Prati attendance at work, implementation of work tasks and achievement of defined team goals

• Primenjuje SOP procedures and provides support during audits

• Obezbeđuje accuracy of data in SAP/WMS and shipping documentation

• Prati and improves KPIs (OTD, Accuracy, Productivity)

• Vodi daily reports and organizes shift handover

• Učestvuje in activities in the warehouse inventory process

• Implementira continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

• Poštuje company standards and communicates company values to the team

qualifications:

• Minimum IV degree of vocational education

• Najmanje 5 years of experience in the same or related positions

• Poželjno experience in managing a logistics team

• Izražene organizational skills and prioritization skills

• Vrlo good understanding of warehouse processes

• Poželjno knowledge of logistics software

• Napredno knowledge of the English language
