Odgovornosti:

• Usluživanje customers and providing information about the products on offer.

• Predstavljanje products and helping customers to choose according to their needs.

• Rad at the cash register and processing sales transactions, in accordance with company procedures.

• Briga about the neatness and appearance of the sales area, as well as the proper display and labeling of goods.

• Praćenje stock and participation in the receipt, replenishment and inventory of goods.

• Postupanje with complaints and forwarding requests to competent colleagues.

• Poštovanje internal procedures, occupational safety rules and service standards of the company Dr Techno VB d.o.o.

Kvalifikacije:

• Poželjno previous experience in sales or working with customers, but not necessary.

• Ljubazna and clear communication, accountability and focus on customer needs.

• Spremnost for teamwork and learning about the products on offer.

• Osnovno knowledge of computer work and readiness to use the system for sales and records of goods.

• Spremnost for shift work, in accordance with the work organization.
