Građevinski engineer - site manager (2 executors)

job description:

• Rad in the position of construction site manager

• Upravljanje safety, quality and schedule of works on the construction site

• Koordinacija with all contractors and supervisory units, participation in project quality control

• Saradnja and communication with the designer, checking and revision of project documentation

• Organizacija construction sites

• Komunikacija with investors and supervisory authorities

• Kontrola and subcontractor organization

• Kontrola and coordination of workers on the construction site

• Izveštavanje superiors on all activities and results

• Uredno keeping construction site documentation

• Izrada project - technical documentation

• Izrada accompanying calculations and technical specifications

• Koordinacija with other professions, as well as solving collisions between different installations (synchronous plan)

• Organizacija and technical documentation management

• Pružanje professional support during the implementation and commissioning of the designed systems

• Praćenje construction sites from the aspect of design supervision, as well as from the aspect of the responsible contractor or professional supervision

Iskustvo and Skills:

• VII degree of vocational education in the construction profession

• Minimum 3 years of work experience

• Poznavanje computer work - Office package, AutoCAD, MS-Project

• Samostalnost and self-initiative in fulfilling obligations

• Timski work, cooperation with executors in other sectors in the company

• Izražene planning skills

• Veština monitoring the implementation of plans

• Komunikacijske and organizational skills

• Poznavanje English language

• Odlične negotiation skills

• Proaktivan problem solving approach
