Saradnik for maintenance of green areas

For our client, a successful company that is rapidly developing into a business in the field of luxury real estate and construction, we are looking for a Saradnikom for the maintenance of green areas. 

Saradnik for the maintenance of green areas provides operational support in the planning, organization and monitoring of activities for the maintenance and arrangement of green areas. Pozicija implies regular field visits, coordination with contractors and maintenance teams, monitoring the quality of performed works, as well as keeping records and preparing technical documentation. Takođe, participates in the preparation of planting plans, the selection of plant material and the implementation of smaller landscaping projects, with continuous support in improving the overall appearance and quality of green areas on the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Praćenje and coordination of daily activities of maintenance and arrangement of green areas on the project

• Obilazak of the field and recording of observed deficiencies and the need for intervention 

• Praćenje implementation of agreed works and communication with contractors and maintenance teams

• Priprema and updating planting plans, lists of plant species, quantities and other technical data

• Podrška when choosing plants, seasonal plantings and preparing proposals for new landscaping solutions

• Praćenje condition of plants, replacements, seasonal planting, pruning, irrigation and overall quality of landscaping elements 

• Prikupljanje offers, specifications and information from suppliers and contractors 

• Podrška in the organization and monitoring of smaller green space development projects and field interventions

• Vođenje records of completed works, observed deficiencies and status of open tasks

• Priprema photos, reports, presentations and other materials for internal needs and meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• VII degree of professional education, preferably in the field of horticulture, landscape architecture, forestry or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of green areas, horticulture, landscaping or similar work

• Iskustvo is an advantage in coordinating contractors and monitoring the implementation of works

• Iskustvo in communication with suppliers and external collaborators is an advantage

• Spremnost for field work and regular site visits
