💳 Payment Manager P2P / Office Belgrade

We are looking for a manager who will develop a network of Bank Transfer agents: from finding and connecting new partners to monitoring their effectiveness and resolving controversial payment situations.

🔹 What to do:
• Search and attract new agents in target regions
• Conduct onboarding, train partners and put them to work
• Build long-term relationships with agents
• Monitor compliance with internal rules and SLA
• Monitor agent performance and work with disputes
• Interact with internal teams and report on key indicators

🔹What is important:
• Experience working with Bank Transfer agents or in the field of P2P payments
• Experience in attracting and developing partners
• Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships
• Consistency, attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information
• English for work communication

It will be a plus: experience working with payment agents and disputes, knowledge of local payment methods and the specifics of payment markets in individual regions.
