In Made of Storm we are looking for a Lawyer in PSP. You will have to work with payment providers and complex cases.

📍Location: Serbia, Belgrade

📌What to do:
-In short, this is a role at the intersection of legal, fintech and payments.
-The main tasks will be related to supporting the payment infrastructure and launching new partners and solutions:
-support onboardings and periodic inspections of companies in foreign banks, EMI and payment organizations;
-coordinate the legal part of connecting and launching new payment partners and solutions;
-communicate with banks, PSP and other external partners on legal and operational issues - English;
- prepare responses to compliance / KYC / KYB requests and coordinate the collection of necessary information with internal teams;
-analyze, coordinate and maintain contracts with banks, payment providers and other counterparties;
- conduct document flow with partners: coordination, signing, updating and storage of documents;
provide legal support to current payment operations and new payment projects;
-monitor changes in regulation and partner requirements and assess how they may affect the company’s work.

📌What we expect:
-Higher legal education;
-Fluent command of English at the C1 level (most of the work is conducted in English, including business and legal correspondence, document analysis and communication with partners);
-Attentiveness, responsibility, readiness for teamwork;
-Ability to analyze documents, think systematically and work effectively in multitasking conditions;
-Interest in international law, banking and payment regulation, as well as a desire to develop professionally in these areas.

📌It will be a plus:
-Experience in interacting with banks and payment providers will be an advantage.
