🧘‍♀️ YOGA IN BELGRADE
My name is Natalia, I am an Iyengar yoga teacher in Belgrade.
I like that through yoga you can recognize yourself from completely different sides. Discovering what our body is capable of, noticing habits and limitations that we had never even thought about before.
In my classes, you don’t need to strive to take a beautiful pose at any cost. I teach you to understand movement, develop strength, mobility and stability, and gradually open up new possibilities.
And it doesn’t matter at all whether you’ve done yoga before or are just going to try it. You can start from the level you are at now.
If this approach resonates with you, come and meet us! If you have any questions, write to me in private messages.
I will be glad to see you on the mat! 🌿
Trial lesson 1000 dyn. The cost of the subscription depends on the number of classes.
