📢 Sales Manager (B2B, remotely) - we hire with and without experience. Income from 70 000 ₽, training, career growth.

Do you want to go remote, try sales, or turn your part-time job into a stable income? We take both experienced and newbies - and make them managers who actually sell.

💰 Income: Start — 70 000–100 000 ₽, when the plan is fulfilled — 100 000–150 000 ₽ and higher. There is no ceiling. There is a “passive” part: commissions continue to accrue even after the client is transferred.

🎯 What to do: Cold calls, messages in instant messengers and social networks, meetings, negotiations with decision makers, qualification, selection of solutions, follow-up before payment, CRM.

📈 KPI: 15
qualified meetings per week, 30 effective touches per day. The trial plan includes reduced numbers and full support.

⏱️ Format: Remotely, flexible schedule. Minimum 15 hours on weekdays (11–17 Moscow time). For an income of 100 000+ ₽ – a comfortable 20–25 hours a week.

💪 Who we are looking for: Not an “ideal ready-made manager”, but those who want to sell, are ready to learn and invest in the result. Experience in B2B is a plus, but not required.
