Since 2019 I have been working in a professional kitchen - Moscow, Tbilisi, Novi Sad.
She worked with different formats: breakfasts and brunches, pastry, Asian (including sushi), gastro bars.
Now I’m opening a small format for home orders and taking on a limited number of clients 🍱
I prepare food for several days in advance - so that you always have something to eat without too much fuss.
I love clear, balanced tastes - without heavy sauces, mayonnaise and deep fat.
The menu is discussed individually - according to your preferences.
I buy food myself: markets + trusted stores.
Format:
— food sets for 2–3 days
— pickup (Detelinara) or delivery (discussed separately)
Cost depends on request and products.
On average - from 3000 din per set (~6 servings).
I will provide test kits for testing.
