🇷🇸 Preduzmi - service for Serbian lump sum entrepreneurs
“Paushal” in Serbia has a lot of small routine: issue an invoice - enter it into KPO, receive payment in foreign currency - find the NBS rate for the desired date and convert it into dinars, follow the limits - 6 million for the calendar year and 8 million for the rolling 12 months, do not forget to pay four monthly tax payments by the 15th. If the bank does not have templates saved, the details from the solution have to be re-entered each time.
Separately, all this is not difficult. But in total it eats up several hours a month.

✨ What the service can do
— Recognizes annual decisions from the APR and the tax office, so there is no need to manually enter PIB, tax amounts and payment details.
— Recognizes PDF invoices and automatically fills in the data.
— Automatically adjusts NBS rates for the required date for currency invoices.
— Fills out the KPO himself based on the issued invoices. This is the only mandatory reporting from a paushalian that the tax office can request during an audit.
— Shows the 6 and 8 million limits as colored progress bars with warnings to see in advance that you are approaching the threshold.
— Generates tax payments with a QR code according to the IPS standard: open the banking application, scan it, pay.
— Imports bank statements: Raiffeisen XML directly, other banks via CSV with one-time column setup.
— Automatically links transactions with invoices so that you can see when the money arrived, for which invoices and what taxes have already been paid.
— Works in three languages: Russian, English and Serbian.
❗️ Important: the service is made specifically for lump sum entrepreneurs. DOO and books are not yet supported.
