Residency / docs in Belgrade
🗣 Residence permit based on talent is already a slow story. The deadlines have doubled
Friends, due to the summer influx of people wishing to obtain a residence permit based on talent in Serbia (and for this you need to make a judicial translation and nostrify a diploma of higher education), the deadline for nostrification has increased to 2 months.
Just received this information via the ENIC/NARIC consultation hotline.
Taking into account the fact that in Belgrade you still have to wait about 3 months for a residence permit, and in Novi Sad - about 1,5 - this method of legalization in Serbia can no longer be called simple and fast.
👉 Pay attention to reunion (if you have someone), language courses (there are nuances in Belgrade) or opening an individual entrepreneur - the simplest and fastest procedure. I also don’t recommend it for new arrivals regarding their child’s studies at school (if you don’t want to wait a long time), because... According to our experience, nostrification of documents on general education now also takes two or even three months.
💡Also, as an option, you can first apply for a residence permit, for example, in not so busy Subotica, and then move to the same Belgrade, changing the address after receiving a residence permit.
This is bullshit, dog.
❓Are there any subscribers who arrived recently and have been waiting for a long time for their diploma to be nostrified?
