• Plumbing: replacement and repair of faucets, siphons, elimination of leaks, replacement of flexible hoses, connection of washing machines and dishwashers.
• Electrics: installation and replacement of chandeliers, sconces, lamps, transfer/replacement of sockets and switches, replacement of appliance plugs, basic boiler diagnostics.
• Installation on walls: reliable mounting of shelves, mirrors, cornices, roller blinds, clothes dryers, TV brackets (I select reliable fasteners for a monolith, brick or git-block).
• Windows and doors: adjustment of plastic windows and balcony doors (elimination of blows, adjustment of pressure and sagging sashes).
• Furniture: assembly, disassembly, minor repairs of fittings, replacement of hinges and handles.
Conditions and cost:
• Minimum departure (includes minor work up to 1 hour): from 2 500 RSD.
• We fix the exact cost in advance based on your photo before leaving - no surprises after the work is completed.
• I work cleanly - I collect dust immediately during the process.
