My name is Alena, I am a professional chef and work as a personal chef at home.
I have experience working as a sous chef in large projects (Sonder, TT Bistro), as well as experience working as a line cook in other gastronomic projects. Additionally, she was involved in organizing her own food delivery.
I suggest:
— Preparation of everyday and restaurant dishes
— Development of an individual menu
— Work with dietary nutrition and calculating KBJU
— Purchase of products
— Complete order in the kitchen after cooking
Work is carried out at a fixed hourly rate.
