Moving in Belgrade
HAVE YOU BOUGHT AN APARTMENT IN NOVI SAD OR BELGRADE? I CAN COMPLETELY PREPARE IT FOR LIVING OR RENTING.
If you have a new or empty apartment and you don’t want to spend weeks on your own searching for furniture, lighting, appliances, textiles, suppliers and organizing deliveries, I can take over the whole process.
I am engaged in completing turnkey apartments:
— I think over the concept and layout;
— I select furniture, lighting, appliances, textiles and decor;
— working with the object’s budget;
— organize purchases, deliveries and installation;
— coordinating contractors;
— I’m finally decorating the apartment.
As a result, you receive a completely finished apartment - you can move in, rent it out, or put the property on the market.
Experience in completing investment real estate in Russia. The completed projects were sold at 25% higher than comparable apartments, the rental rate increased by an average of 40%, apartments are rented out with 1-2 showings.
📩 Write to me - you can send me the layout, photos of the apartment and an approximate budget, and I will tell you how to organize the equipment.
