About me:
• CCM in rock climbing, 12 years in the sport
• Higher education in physical education (National State University named after Lesgaft, honors diploma), specialization - rock climbing
• Former member of the Russian national team, winner of Championships and Championships in St. Petersburg, as well as commercial competitions
•More than 2 years of experience as a trainer
• Experience in setting routes at several climbing walls, currently a setter in Sector 44
I am recruiting students for personal training.
I conduct classes both for those who have never tried climbing and are looking for a new hobby, as well as for experienced climbers who want to improve their technique and physical fitness
