What I did:
- conducted an interview with the customer, analyzed the services, target audience, customer pain points and criteria for choosing an accounting department;
- studied competitors and demand structure, identified strong offers, blocks of trust, typical objections and conversion points;
- designed the site structure and prototype: main page, services, semantic blocks, scenarios for transition to an application;
- implemented a website on WordPress, configured pages, forms, service elements and basic admin logic;
- introduced application forms and automation of processing requests;
- made a calculator/calculation mechanism for initial qualification and increasing involvement;
- worked on the server and technical side: hosting, settings, stability, basic security;
- prepared the site for SEO: page structure, meta logic, basic technical optimization, indexing;
- set up web analytics to see requests and user behavior.
Result: the site has become not just a business card, but a working system for attracting and processing applications: a clear structure of services, forms, calculator, technical base, analytics and SEO foundation.
