My name is Lena. I am a massage therapist and teacher, I have been working in Serbia for four years.
I don’t promise to “set the vertebrae,” “put the organs back in place,” or cure a hernia. Because I am for evidence-based medicine, without magical super-duper-author technique, and for working within my competence 👌🏽
But I understand what to do with muscles that:
- survived overtraining;
— did not survive the uncomfortable pillow;
— tired of eight hours at the computer;
- they suddenly decided to restrict some movement for you;
— simply accumulated too much tension.
And in general, massage may be needed by different people.
From a girl who recently became a mother and now carries a little man in her arms, to an athlete who trains regularly and wants to help her body recover.
From a person who sits at a computer all day to someone who is on their feet all day.
From those who come with specific muscle discomfort, to those who simply want to relax, breathe out and take care of themselves a little.
My technique is a combination of classical, power and acupressure with an anatomical approach.
And yes - massage is not only about muscles. The nervous system also loves to be treated with care. Sometimes a good massage is exactly the moment when you can finally breathe out.
