Psychologist in Belgrade
You’ve been in Belgrade for six months now, but everything inside is still like a suitcase?
There is an apartment, the documents are almost done, the work is somehow progressing. It seems like it's time to exhale. But it doesn’t work: it’s difficult to relax, sleep is restless, and “what if...” is constantly spinning in my head.
After moving, anxiety is a very common story. It’s just not customary to talk about it: one should be happy and hold on.
A Mental Health Center is opening in Belgrade and we are recruiting a group for those living with anxiety.
What the group gives:
• a psychologist helps you learn skills that actually reduce anxiety in everyday life
• there are people nearby who have similar experiences, and it becomes clear that everything is fine with you
• you can talk about what’s inside without fear of judgment
• you move at your own pace and tell only what you are ready for
📍In person, in Belgrade
We are also recruiting groups for depression, ADHD in adults, BPD and CPTSD, ASD in adults.
Not sure if a group is right for you?
