Maria Sidorkina – child and adolescent psychologist (Okids, Vienna)
Hello! My name is Maria Sidorkina. I am a child and adolescent psychologist with over 15 years of experience. I recently moved to Belgrade from Montenegro, and initially from Moscow. I am currently opening registration for face-to-face consultations and group classes.
How I work: I use an integrative approach, art and sand therapy, play therapy - I work with a child from 3 to 18 years old, as well as with his environment.
• We use a playful approach with younger children—this helps to gently express emotions and relieve tension in a way that is natural for the child.
• We build a trusting dialogue with teenagers in a safe, supportive space where they can explore themselves and their difficulties without evaluation or pressure.
• I maintain contact with parents, helping to better understand the child and restore harmony in the family.
What requests do I help with:
• Adaptation and relocation: stress when moving, changing schools, loss of familiar social circle.
• Emotional sphere: increased anxiety, fears, self-doubt, aggression, frequent mood swings.
• School difficulties: lack of motivation, learning difficulties, conflicts with peers and bullying.
• Psychosomatic manifestations: tics, obsessive movements, enuresis.
• Child-parent
relationships: frequent conflicts, loss of contact, age crises.
Work formats:
• Offline: individual meetings in a cozy, equipped office in Novi Sad and Belgrade.
• Teenage psychological groups (in person in Belgrade).
• Online: consultations for children over 6 years old and parents.
I work carefully and deeply. I comply with professional standards: I regularly undergo personal therapy and supervision.
