▶️ What I do
In the past, she is the founder of a communications agency. Now I work as an individual specialist on the business side, with projects in the service sector and B2C, most often with those that are opened in emigration.
I help translate marketing “by touch” into a system where decisions are made based on numbers. I consider unit economics, increase the average check and repeat sales. When the “insider” market becomes tight, I help them reach the local audience. I implement the strategy together with the client’s team so that everything works after me.
I know how to systematically scale a business: turn an advertising budget into applications, applications into clients, and one-time sales into repeat sales. That's what I'm proud of
▶️ Experience
— 9 years in marketing, 6 in business consulting, in sales since 2014;
— worked with large online schools, but more often, on the contrary, with small businesses. This is where I see my mission: to influence real business metrics;
- from recent: grooming salon in Belgrade, ×2,2 to revenue for 5 months, the share of Serbs among new clients has doubled.
▶️ Personally
- mother of a special child;
— I go to dances, where I roll on the floor in 20-centimeter heels 👠;
— now I have returned to blogging, where I unite women who have lost themselves in crisis (and often in emigration), we piece together identity and life;
— I used to drift on the legendary Japanese classics and organize auto festivals,
