The apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage/laundry room. It comes fully furnished (some furniture items are currently on their way and are therefore not shown in the photos).

The building includes a reception area and a storage space for strollers. Additionally, the complex features a sports center with a swimming pool and a gym.

There is an option to rent the apartment unfurnished.

A large garage space is also available for rent at a cost of 100 EUR per month.

The apartment is available for non-smokers without pets.
