# User Agreement

## 1. General Provisions
This User Agreement governs the relationship between the SerbiaHub project and the user regarding the use of the website and service SerbiaHub.com, as well as the associated Telegram bot @SerbiaHub_bot and Telegram channel @serbiahub. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for Russian-speaking emigrants in Serbia, providing information on housing rentals, real-estate sales, job vacancies, cars, craftsmen, doctors, and other services, and also allowing the posting of ads and communication with other users.
## 2. Registration and Account
Registration is available to persons aged 15 and over, but users under 18 may face restrictions on certain functions, such as payments or posting commercial ads. You commit to providing accurate data during registration and keeping it up to date. Responsibility for the security of your password and for all actions performed under your account lies with you. The use of a single account by multiple persons or the transfer of an account to third parties is prohibited. The Administration may block or delete your account if this Agreement, applicable law, or third-party rights are violated.
## 3. Nature of the Service and Role of the Administration
The Service is an informational platform, where the Administration is not a party to transactions between users. Some ads are collected automatically from open sources, but the Administration does not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of such data and is not liable for their content. User-generated content is posted by users themselves, and the Administration does not perform prior moderation of all content, nor is it responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content.
## 4. Content Publication Rules
When publishing content, you guarantee that you possess all necessary rights for publication, including copyright and related rights, rights to images of people and property. Content must not violate the laws of the Republic of Serbia, third-party rights, or contain prohibited material. It is forbidden to post illegal goods and services, hate-inciting material, pornographic content, malicious software, and any content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties. The Administration may delete any content without notice if it breaches these rules or applicable law.
## 5. License for User Content
By posting content, you grant the Administration a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, and display such content within the operation of the Service and its promotion. You retain all copyright and related rights to your content.
## 6. Chat and Interaction Between Users
The Service allows message exchange between users. The Administration has the right, but not the obligation, to moderate messages and may suspend chats when signs of fraud or violations are detected. Users are solely responsible for the content of their messages and bear the risks associated with the actions of other users.
## 7. Paid Functions and Refunds
Certain Service functions may be paid, with terms and prices indicated at the time of purchase. Refunds are possible in cases provided by the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Serbia. To request a refund, contact info@serbiahub.com within 14 days of purchase.
## 8. Reviews and Ratings
Users may leave reviews about craftsmen, doctors, and other service providers based on personal experience. Reviews must not contain defamation, insults, or false information. Public reviews are visible to all users, and the Administration may delete a review deemed inaccurate or violating the rules.
## 9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, absence of errors or vulnerabilities, and is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the Service. The Administration also does not answer for the actions of other users or the content they publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Administration is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for paid Service functions in the last 12 months.
## 10. Intellectual Property of the Service
All rights to the Service, its design, logos, source code, knowledge-base structure, and other elements belong to SerbiaHub. Use without written permission is prohibited, except where expressly allowed by the Service functionality.
## 11. Personal Data
Processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on SerbiaHub.com.
## 12. Changes to the Agreement
The Administration may amend this Agreement by publishing the current version on SerbiaHub.com with the update date indicated. For material changes, users are notified through the Service interface or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
## 13. Termination of Use
A user may at any time cease using the Service and delete their account via their profile. Account deletion leads to irreversible removal of related data within the timeframes specified in the Privacy Policy. The Administration may discontinue the Service or close specific functions, notifying users at least 30 days in advance, except in cases of force majeure or legal requirements.
## 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia. Before going to court, it is recommended to attempt settlement through negotiation by sending a claim to info@serbiahub.com.
