What You'll Do

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations across multiple production processes, including:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the overall production function to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

• Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize production resources, workforce, and manufacturing capacity to achieve production schedules.

• Manage Production Supervisors and provide leadership, coaching, and development to production teams.

• Monitor production performance, productivity, scrap, downtime, capacity utilization, and overall manufacturing efficiency, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

• Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout production and lead corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.

• Monitor and control manufacturing costs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction programs.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient production flow.

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions related to production interruptions, equipment issues, process deviations, and non-conformities.

• Lead the implementation of new technologies, manufacturing processes, and production equipment to improve operational performance.

• Support investment projects, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.

• Monitor key manufacturing KPIs and prepare regular production performance reports for management.

• Manage production budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining operational excellence.

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.

• Proven experience managing multiple production departments and leading production leadership teams.

• Experience in metal processing, die casting, machining, surface treatment, or assembly operations is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management systems, and operational excellence.

• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience working with ERP and/or MES systems is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
