Manager of Retail Facility

We are a @sport company, we deal in the retail of sports equipment of the world's biggest brands (Adidas, Skechers, Under Armour, Icepeak, Luhta, Ipanema, Rider, etc.). We are official partners of ADIDAS and SKECHERS

The company has twelve outlet stores in Belgrade and Novi Sad, as well as ONLINE sales (www.etsport.rs).

We are continuously expanding our business and are looking for an experienced manager who will successfully run our retail store in Šabac.

WE OFFER:

• Starting salary of 110,000.00, as well as additional salary incentives depending on engagement and turnover, through a bonus system

• Possibility of advancement and salary increase

• Vacancies: Šabac

• Work in shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with one day off per week

WE PROVIDE BY LAW:

• Additional paid overtime (26% more than the regular hourly rate, in accordance with the Law)

CONDITIONS:

• Mandatory experience in the position of manager of a retail facility

• Applications will be considered only if the experience has been gained in the sale of sports shoes, clothing and equipment or in fashion retail with a similar business concept.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Knowledge of Excel preferred

• Knowledge of computer work

• Responsibility, independence and focus on achieving results

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Organization and management of the shop's daily work 

• Management and motivation and development of employees 

• Monitoring sales results and achieving planned goals

• Taking care of the store's appearance and proper display of goods

• Implementation of company procedures and standards

• Reporting to superiors about the operation of the store

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
