Maintenance operator

Type of professional education: High school in the field of mechanical engineering, electronics or electricity

Degree of professional education: III or IV degree

Job description and duties: 

·       Error and failure analysis

·       Error and failure analysis of complex operational consumables and production systems

·       Definition of the type and scope of problem solving and corrective measures and/or coordination and implementation of the same within predefined limits taking into account financial aspects

·       In important cases (in case of machine downtime, major repair measures): informing the manager and proposing corrective measures

·       Maintenance, repair and overhaul of defective factory equipment on the basis of notification of defective production

·       Troubleshooting and troubleshooting and reporting failures in the Essex maintenance system

·       Production of controls, additional and auxiliary systems from drawings, sketches, samples or instructions

·       Commissioning of repaired machines as well as conducting tests

·       Documentation of maintained systems in the Essex maintenance system

·       Procurement of inventory and/or initiation of procurement of items

·       Carrying out simple disassembly and assembly according to the appropriate instructions

·       Reporting item withdrawals in the Essex maintenance system

·       Realization of maintenance and overhaul works in accordance with available maintenance plans and reporting of works, signed

·       Analysis and removal of weak points and / or participation in the development of proposals for the removal of weak points

·       Compliance with operational and legal safety regulations (trained safety regulations)

·       Realization of difficult and complex maintenance and repair works of operational consumables and production systems

·       Initiation of measures to support economic maintenance and repair and adjustment of maintenance standards

·       Willingness to work after hours.

Professional experience: at least 1 year of experience in this field

Special knowledge and abilities: 

·       Cooperation with processes to seek technical solutions to improve the level of plant maintenance, in accordance with safety standards

·       Cooperation with production and processes 

·       Proactive engagement in daily, weekly, monthly improvement sessions

·       Knowledge of the English language is desirable

·       Basic knowledge of PC Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
