Highlights of the position:
In this position, you will manage compensation and benefits processes through salary cost planning, job evaluation, preparation of salary proposals and analysis to support business decisions. This team of 2 members mainly deals with the development and improvement of the compensation and benefits system, managing the organizational structure and providing analytical support to the business.

YOU AT NIS:
You are responsible for the preparation, coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the budgeting process of salary costs, workforce planning and associated costs
You carry out the process of evaluating jobs and their positioning within the company system
You participate in the creation, improvement and updating of the organizational structure and systematization of workplaces
You prepare salary proposals and other elements of the compensation package for employees in accordance with internal policies, market data and business needs
You provide professional support in the field of compensation and benefits, participate in the development and improvement of processes, policies and reward programs
You prepare analyses, reports and presentations in the area of wages, benefits, organizational structure and labor costs for the needs of management
YOU NOW:
You have work experience in the field of compensation and benefits, financial planning and controlling, HR analytics or earnings management
You have a 7th degree vocational qualification (240 ESPB), preferably in the field of economics, management, organizational sciences or a related field
You have advanced knowledge in working with the MS Office package
Experience working with SAP software is preferred
You speak English (minimum B2 level)
Preferred experience in working with Power BI and similar tools for creating dashboards and data visualization
You have a high level of precision, systematicity and responsibility in your work
