Gas station manager (m/f)

Location: Pančevo

Key jobs and responsibilities:

• Management, planning and coordination of all activities and employees at the point of sale

• Realization of business goals and ensuring the cost efficiency of the point of sale

• Acquiring new and maintaining relationships with existing customers

• Resolving complaints and working on improving the user experience

• Taking care of maintaining the orderliness and functionality of the point of sale and its surroundings

• Monitoring and implementation of operational instructions, as well as making suggestions for improvements

• Introduction, mentoring and training of new employees.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Minimum IV degree of vocational education

• Experience in trade (work at gas stations is an advantage)

• Developed communication skills and problem solving ability

• Pronounced team spirit and proactive approach

• Basic knowledge of safety at work

• Good computer skills

• Preference for candidates who have passed a professional exam in the field of fire protection.
