CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - MAINTENANCE OF CNC MACHINES

We are looking for a responsible, organized and technically oriented person for the position of mechanical technician for the maintenance of CNC machines.

Job Description:

• Monitoring the technical condition and correctness of CNC machines and related equipment

• Organization and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines

• Recording of malfunctions, interventions, services and performed repairs

• Keeping up-to-date records on the status of machines and equipment

• Monitoring of regular maintenance plans and service intervals

• Communication and coordination with operators, service departments and equipment suppliers

• Tracking of required spare parts and consumables for maintenance

• Creation and updating of reports and technical documentation

• Participation in failure analysis and proposing measures to increase equipment reliability and availability

Conditions:

• Minimum high school diploma in mechanical engineering or other appropriate technical field

• Good knowledge of CNC machines and the basic principles of their operation and maintenance

• Mandatory good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel and Word

• Mandatory good knowledge of the English language

• Ability to keep records and documentation in an orderly and systematic manner

• Responsibility, precision, independence and good work organization

• Willingness to cooperate with production, maintenance and external services

Preference is given to candidates who possess:

• Previous experience in CNC machine maintenance

• Experience with fault diagnosis on machine systems

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment maintenance records

• Experience in working with technical instructions and documentation in English
