Junior Performance Graphic Designer

Hello! We are Funnelist, an e-commerce company that develops and markets products on international markets. Due to increased workload, we are looking for a Junior Performance Graphic Designer to join our creative team and work on creating digital visuals for performance marketing campaigns.

This position is primarily focused on production and performance design, which means that you will work on a number of different creative concepts, their variations and adaptations for different digital channels. You will have the opportunity to learn through practical work how design and creative solutions affect the results of e-commerce campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creation of static digital creatives for performance marketing campaigns based on defined briefs and creative concepts.

• Creation and adaptation of visual materials for different stages of the sales funnel and digital customer journey.

• Creating a number of variations of existing creative concepts for the purposes of testing and optimizing campaigns.

• Collaboration with Creative Strategists, copywriters and other designers to transform marketing ideas into clear and high-quality visuals.

• Adapting existing creative solutions to different formats and channels.

• Implementation of feedback and improvement of creative solutions based on test results and team feedback.

• Maintain consistent quality, attention to detail and efficiency across multiple creative assignments.

What do we expect from you?

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic, digital or visual design.

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

• Basic to good knowledge of Figma.

• Good understanding of typography, composition and visual hierarchy.

• Good knowledge of working with photos and their adaptation for digital formats.

• Ability to adapt designs to different digital formats and dimensions.

• Basic understanding of preparing material for the web and social networks.

Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is not required.

It is important for us that you have a basic understanding of the difference between classic brand design and performance design, where the visual, in addition to the aesthetic function, should attract attention, clearly convey the message and encourage the user to take action.
