Due to increased workload and company growth, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated team member in the position: EQUIPMENT SERVICER (field work)

Your job with us will be to:

• You perform service, diagnostic and repair work on equipment in retail, catering and warehouse facilities, in accordance with technical documentation and quality standards.

• You perform field interventions on shelf systems, cash registers, entrance systems, digital solutions, LED lighting, cooling and supporting equipment.

• You diagnose malfunctions, identify the causes of problems and carry out repairs or replacement of parts.

• You carry out preventive service inspections, functional tests and control of the correctness of the equipment at the user.

• You install and commission new components during service interventions, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and internal procedures.

• You keep service orders, reports on interventions, as well as records of used materials and spare parts.

• You prepare and organize consumables and spare parts needed for work in the field.

• You provide advisory support to users regarding the proper use and preventive maintenance of equipment.

• You respect the regulations on safety and protection at work, especially when working with electrical installations.

• You represent the company professionally and responsibly with clients.

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in servicing, maintenance or technical support of equipment (experience in retail or warehouse systems preferred).

• Technical knowledge and ability to diagnose faults.

• Experience working with hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.

• Responsibility, precision and a high level of professionalism.

• Willingness for field work and occasional travel.

• Category B driver's license.
