Odgovornosti:

• Obuka and mentoring of the agent team for the German speaking area

• Razvoj and implementation of sales strategies

• Praćenje and sales team performance analysis

• Organizovanje regular trainings and workshops

• Podrška in achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Identifikacija and problem solving in the sales process

• Saradnja with management to improve sales results.

Kvalifikacije:

• Poznavanje German language (B2)

• Iskustvo in sales or sales team training

• Izražene communication and presentation skills

• Visok level of organizational skills and independence in work

• Poželjno experience working in a call center

• Poznavanje English language at B1-B2 level (preferred, not mandatory).
