Raspisujemo vacancy for the following position: Poslovođa - site manager

job description:

• Analiza project documentation and project preparation in cooperation with Tehničkom preparation

• Organizacija construction sites, construction works, machinery and labor

• Praćenje workforce performance

• Uredno keeping construction site documentation

• Redovna cooperation with Nadzornim authority and Investitorom and making proposals on possible changes to the project

• Vođenje preliminary measurements of unforeseen works and sending them to supervision for harmonizing their quantities

• Komunikacija with other sectors in the company

• Redovni reports on site activity, performance and results

• Davanje proposals for calculating the temporary and final situation

conditions:

• Minimum IV degree of construction vocational qualification (SSS)

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience

• Poželjno knowledge of a foreign language (English, Hungarian, German, etc.)

• Poželjno computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project)

• Vozačka category B license, active driver

• Dobre communication, leadership and organizational skills

• Entuzijazam, cheerful spirit and high energy level
