Ključne Responsibilities:

• Kreiranje and implementation of the commercial strategy in accordance with the company's goals.

• Rukovođenje sales and procurement, warehouse optimization and definition of commercial conditions.

• Održavanje relationships with key customers and suppliers, as well as expanding the network to new markets.

• Analiza markets, monitoring competitor activities and identifying new business opportunities.

• Vođenje, motivating and organizing a small team in the commercial sector.

• Bliska cooperation with the owner/general manager and regular reporting of results.

Profil candidates:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managerial positions in sales or commercial.

• Izražene negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

• Sposobnost strategic thinking, but also readiness for operational work in the field.

• Poznavanje local and regional markets (South Srbije).

• Vozačka category B license (ACTIVE DRIVER).

• Poznavanje work in CRM/ERP systems.
