They will be held on Fridays at the yoga studio on Zheleznichka from 19 to 21.

Contact improvisation is a movement meditation, a dance of joy and free play with space. CI practice is based on physical laws: weight, gravity, point of contact. This is an opportunity to create and improvise in motion with other people and be totally in the moment.
There will be beginner classes and jams. No special experience is required.
🧘 Presenter: Polina Bykhovskaya - dance and somatic therapist, CI practitioner with 20 years of experience. Graduate of the teaching workshop of KI Anzhelika Doniy.
