Hello!
My name is Mikhail. I want to introduce you and your child to the world of judo and sambo.
For me, this is throwing technique and wrestling on the tatami, developing strength, agility and coordination, and also developing a strong character.
During training, children learn discipline, control of emotions, respect for opponents, overcoming difficulties and faith in their own strengths.
I work with children from 5 years old. In my classes I use a playful approach and approach each child individually.
