The Serbian equivalent of Russian Gosuslugi. Through eUprava, you can submit an application for a residence permit, check its status, obtain certificates, and pay taxes.

### How to Register
1. Obtain a foreigner's ID card (lična karta za strance).
2. Go to <https://eid.gov.rs>.
3. Register using your ID card and PIN code.
### ConsentID - A Free Alternative
If you don't have an ID card or electronic signature, the ConsentID mobile app is suitable.
1. Download the ConsentID app.
2. Register by providing your passport details.
3. Log in to eUprava through the app.
### Electronic Signature
For tax declarations and signing official documents, a qualified electronic certificate (kvalifikovani elektronski sertifikat) is required.
Where to obtain:
- **MUP** (police) - free of charge, with an ID card.
- **Pošta** (post office) - paid, around 3,000-5,000 RSD.
- **Privredna komora** (chamber of commerce) - paid, prices similar to post office.
