The MLADOST company, one of the leading producers of ceramic tiles and building blocks in Serbia, with a tradition longer than 115 years, is announcing a competition for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

We are looking for a responsible and motivated person who, with his knowledge, will contribute to the reliable operation of production facilities and the continuous improvement of the maintenance process.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Place of employment: Zrenjanin

Key Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of mechanical maintenance of production equipment;

• Continuous monitoring of the operation of machines and production processes in order to ensure their reliability;

• Planning, organizing and monitoring preventive, corrective and overhaul maintenance;

• Analysis of the causes of failures and proposing measures to improve the operation of the equipment;

• Cooperation with the procurement department in the planning of spare parts and technical equipment;

• Cooperation with domestic and foreign suppliers regarding technical issues and equipment maintenance;

• Participation in projects of modernization of production facilities and optimization of production processes;

• Development and improvement of machine maintenance procedures;

• Cooperation with the sectors of production, technology, quality control and electrical maintenance;

• Organization and implementation of professional training for employees in the field of machine maintenance;

• Monitoring the implementation of maintenance plans and analysis of their results;

• Application and compliance with regulations in the field of safety and health at work, fire protection and environmental protection.

We expect candidates to:

• VII degree of professional education - graduate/master's degree in mechanical engineering;

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs;

• Knowledge of computer work;

• Knowledge of the English language;

• Developed organizational and communication skills;

• Independence in work, responsibility and focus on solving problems.
